START SHOPPING
Browse your favorite Collections, choose the items you like, go through the same online checkout process to purchase your items.
PURCHASE ONLINE
Once you've chosen the Authorized TYCOON Retailer near you, you'll go through the same online checkout process to purchase your items. Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation e-mail that summarizes your purchases.
PICK UP IN STORE
When your items are ready for pick-up:
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the store that has your items to be picked up.
- You can expect to hear from us usually within one hour of placing your order online (when ordering during business hours)
- Please bring a photo I.D. with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase the items, for verification purposes.
Your items will be waiting for you at the Customer Service desk, where we'll be happy to take care of any gift services you may need.
SHIPPING
You will not pay a shipping fee for any items purchased online.

Our commitment to excellence is your guarantee of satisfaction.
Tycoon allows 10 days for returns of timepieces and Jewelry from date of receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and original receipt. All refunds will be given in the manner in which original payment was received. Gift items, when unaccompanied by a receipt will be eligible for a non-refundable store or merchandise credit. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
After 10 days, Tycoon allows up to 30 days for exchange. All exchanges are eligible for store or merchandise credit.
All discounted merchandise is final sale and not eligible for refund or upgrade program.
